how do i create separate title and description tags for every page

  Is it possible to create different title and description tags for every unique page on my website. My seo is affected greatly by the fact that every page has the same tags which are not relevant to the very specific keywords that each page goes after. THANKS

  you can’t put categories or tags on pages

  So basically you’re saying my pages have to suffer in search engine rank because there’s not a simple feature to change title and desc. tags for individual pages

  One more question. If I leave the title tag empty, will the title for that page be the post title? Heard that in another forum post. I don’t know if it’s true
