How do I create sidebar link to my Smashwords page?

  I want to create a simple text link (“Buy from Smashwords”) on my sidebar (no image), which when clicked will take the viewer to my book’s Smashword’s page (https://www.smashwords.com/books/view/300731). I don’t know whether I should use the text widget or the menus widget custom link; I’ve tried both but nothing seems to work.

  Hello!

  You can use the Text Widget to add that link. Use an HTML link in the text field and it should work fine. Here’s a reference on creating an HTML link:
