how do I create/add a sign up to receive posts by email link outside of the blog

    My questions is: how do I create/add a “sign up to receive posts by email” link outside of the blog itself so that it appears in French, the language of the blog?
    I followed the directions on modifying the widget itself within the blog so the sign up appears in French and it works beautifully. However, I want to add a link to a French-language website for visitors to sign up to receive the posts by email and this interface needs to be in French. The site, currently in test mode, is at http://test.sunbeltcanada.com/fr/pourquoi-sunbelt-canada and the button to register in French “RECEVEZ-LE PAR COURRIEL” is in the left column of this page.
    I can’t remember or find how I managed to set up the Feedburner interface for the original blog in English a year or so ago to do exactly that on the English-language website. And now, I need this for the French.
    Can someone help?
