How do I credit the source of an image?

    I’ve tried many ways to credit the photographer on my featured image, but I cannot see it on the published blog. I added his name to the title and other fields in the photo section, but none of those field show on the published blog.

    You could try setting the image title attribute when you upload it to the media library or include it in a post. Depending on the theme the image title may then be shown when you hover the mouse over it.

    If that doesn’t work it is common to see people include a text widget in a sidebar with the rights owner credited there instead.

    Hi,

    When you add (or edit) an image to your post or page using Add Media,
    there is a field called Caption. The text you add in that field will appear below the image.

    Alternatively, you can just add normal text under your image as a photo credit. That way, you can style it however you like.
