How do I customize the blog page?

    I have been unable to find any page in the stylesheet or dashboard that allows me to customize the blog page. I would like to change the sidebar, allow the header to stay consistent with the site and change the sizes of widgets on the page. Any ideas on how to do this? Thanks!

    I am using the Goran theme. http://upstreamalliance.org
