How do I decrease the padding within the right sidebar widgets

  Hello, Just wondering how to reduce the padding within the sidebar widget to the left and right of the text within as well as how to reduce the padding above and below the headers in the sidebar widget so there’s not so much space between the widget header and contents.

  The blog linked to your username has the Modularity Lite theme and I cannot see any widgets at all on it. Please confirm whether or not that is the blog in question. If it isn’t please provide an active link starting with http:// to the blog you are referring to.
