We cannot block or delete subscribers from public blogs. Everyone on the internet can view and follow any public blog. That is in fact what the public designation means.
You can change your blog visibility to “private” http://en.support.wordpress.com/settings/privacy-settings/ Please read this about public blogs that become private blogs > Blog Privacy and Subscribers > http://wpcommaven.wordpress.com/2011/09/05/blog-privacy-and-subscribers/
Note that you have complete control over everything that’s posted to your blog.

If your site is marked as Public, freely available to view on the web, then it is not possible to remove certain subscribers. The only way to remove subscribers would be to mark your entire site as Private, open only to those people you invite to view it.

If these people have approached your asking for you to subscribe them then they have to do that on their own. Here are brief instructions for unsubscribing from a blog if the person has a WordPress.com username account:
1. click the “unsubscribe” link on the emails of the posts received at the very bottom of the emails.
2. go here > http://wordpress.com/#!/read/edit/ locate and click the “x” next to any blog there to unfollow it and no longer receive posts in the Reader or by email.
3. go to the blog in question and click the unfollow/follow link on your Admin bar.If they do not have a WordPress.com username account then 1. applies.
1. click the “unsubscribe” link on the emails of the posts received at the very bottom of the emails. -
oops! I typed “subscribe” when I meant to type “unsubscribe”
edit: If these people have approached you asking for you to unsubscribe them …

That is too bad. I would like to be in the driver seat in this situation. I recognize they could resubscrib but that would be better than no action at all.

This is your RSS Feed URL http://www.beadsofcolour.com/feed/ Be aware that anyone can subscribe to any RSS feed on any public blog on the internet and that cannot be prevented. Hence removing a subscriber would be an exercise in futility as they can:
get a new IP and resubscribe
get a new email address and resubscribe
do neither of the above and quietly subscribe by feed reader. -

set up a Google Alert for a specific blog URL and get notified every time a post is published on it, then view it without subscribing in any way at all. http://www.google.ca/alerts -
