how do I delete a blog?

  is it possible to delete a blog? I somehow created two blogs, that were exactly the same, and I only want one of them. the one with the ‘helpmefinishthis’ URL is the one that I want to KEEP, and the ‘mindkandy’ sit is the one that I don’t want. please help!
