How do I delete a blog from my blogroll?

Okay – I saw a few replies on how to do this and they were not helpful.
Saying the way to remove it is the same way I added it is not helpful because I added it over 2 l years ago. And saying to open the widget box doesn’t help because when I do that it says “there are not options for this widget” so basically I can’t remove any links.
So – my question is … how do I remove a link from my blogroll when the widget won’t give me any options? And if the blog is not on wordpress there’s no option on the top of the page when I visit it.
Anyone?

Not in the widget.
Go to “links” in your left hand navigation in your dashboard and hover your mouse over the link you want to remove in that list and then click delete.

When I do that there are no links showing and I get a message that says “there are no options for this widget”
Maybe it’s because I don’t use the downloaded version of wordpress. Blogger is much more user friendly I must say. With many more options. I may have to go back there.
