How do i delete a blog(site) if i dont have access to the email
-
I had to make a blog for my uni course and have now graduated and i cant take it down because the email account has been deleted what can i do ?
-
You need to recover the account first and then delete the site. Please complete the form for account recovery at this link https://en.wordpress.com/wp-login.php?action=recovery and submit it to the Account Recovery Staff, and provide proof ownership, so they can contact you by email ie. not on these public support forums which are available to everyone with internet access.

The problem im having is I can’t get to my authorisation codes on the email I registered the blog with as it was a student email account and I’ve graduated so my university have deleted the email account now, is there any other way I can identify myself ? The university are not willing to reinstate the email

There is no phone support and just a single means of account recovery exists. Without you providing proof of ownership to them, our Account Recovery Staff cannot help you regain access to the site.

if you still have access to the site – you can set it to private and that keeps everyone out and will over time help to remove the content from search engine caches
