How do I delete a category page hed from my bar?

I created a new category page, decided against it and (I thought) deleted it. The body text is gone but the page hed still appears in the top bar of my blog. I can’t for the life of me figure out how to get rid of this. Thanks for your help!

It looks like you have a custom menu set up, so you might want to check there and remove any menu items you no longer want to show up in your menu:
