How do I delete a domain that is gone

  One of the sites listed (see below) has been terminated, but it still shows up in my list of sites. It was a self-hosted site. How do I get it out of my list of sites?

  Thanks for providing the URL (s). In the future you will be able to remove them yourself but at present Staff does the removals. Please subscribe to this thread so you are notified when they respond. To subscribe look in the sidebar of this thread, find the subscribe to topics link and click it.
