Hi there,
In order to manage anything in your sidebar you just need to log in to your Dashboard and then go to Appearance >> Widgets. On the right hand side of your screen you will see your active widgets. You can expand each of those and remove any that you don’t want (or just delete content out of the widgets that are already there).

Ok, thank you! That helps me get going in the right direction. But I’m still puzzled… there are a couple links at the bottom of the sidebar that I don’t listed in the “widgets” list or anywhere. I am trying to delete the “Psychological Assistant Notice” link on the bottom of the sidebar. It’s for my website http://www.drdarahayden.com. Thanks for your help!

Hello there! The “Psychological Assistant Notice” link is located in Appearance → Widgets. In your sidebar, the link lives in the second Text widget from the bottom. Delete that, and your unwanted link will disappear.
