how do i delete a page on the blog when the email address is obsolete?

My blog has a ‘Contact Me’ page that I can’t get rid of. It doesn’t show up in ‘pages’ on the dashboard but does on the blog. The email address for the block is obsolete and no longer used. How can I get rid of the page with access to the email address? I only use the address for the blog and because I didn’t check it regularly, the email address is no longer in service.

Might have something to do with the Contact me link going to Facebook

That’s exactly what it is. Facebook locked me out because of a hacker and I lost access to the FB page. I cannot update or delete the “Contact Me’ page because of that. It doesn’t show up under my dashboard pages. I’m at a loss as to how to correct and give viable contact information. Thanks for your help!

Not a clue what to do at Facebook
But if you go into the Custom Menu you can delete the link and put in your own link to a Page on your blog – put a contact form on on of your own Pages
Dashboard >> Appearance >> Menus
