How do I delete account when I can't verify from email?

    Still haven’t received email to verify deletion of account…it said it would come to my email but it still hasn’t come. I need this email in order to complete deactivation/deletion of account. Have checked the account settings and the email is still in use – not sure what is going on.

    Hi!

    WordPress.com accounts cannot be deleted so perhaps you were wanting to delete a blog, instead. (Since you’re already waiting for a confirmation email, then it’s safe to assume that this is what you’re trying to do.)

    Perhaps the confirmation email is in your spam/junk folder. Or perhaps emails from WordPress.com are blocked. (Which you can remedy by unchecking Block Emails in Account Settings -> Notifications.)
