How do I delete all content on my site?

I want to delete my site of all content it said contact support

Is there any way to remove my verified sites from the gravatar profile? And delete these posts as well? I read that I can not delete my site or account, but I would like to take off that info. Thank you again for the help. I will read before I mess around anymore ;)
