How do I delete all my blog posts and change my blog name?

  I want to empty my blog of all content and start over again with new posts and I would also like to change the name of the blog.

  You can empty the content yourself by using Bulk Edit to delete all posts, categories, tags, pages, and media.

  You can change the title of your blog under Settings>General. http://en.support.wordpress.com/settings/general-settings/#changing-your-site-title-and-tagline

  Changing the underlying address of the site can also be done, but once you change it, you can never get the original address back ever, so be completely sure this is what you want to do.

  I found all those by searching the Support site.

  My thought would be to make the current site private and register another site instead.
