How do I delete an old site?

  I have two sites: ConvertingtoCommonSense.com and TheReconciliationProject.net. When I try to go to TheReconciliationProject.net to work on it, the other site, which is the old site, comes up instead. I want to delete the old site, ConvertingtoCommonSense. How do I do that?
