How do I delete and re-start the site?

I want to set up a basic website, with an ‘About me’, ‘Why I write’, and buttons for Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram. I am just starting to write my first novel but want to have a web presence.

If you want to publish your website please go through below processes

To launch your site please Go to your_site->Settings->General
On the screen scroll down to the button called “Launch site” and click it.
