How do I delete blog from Global Dashboard?

  My Dashboard is showing a few websites under My Sites, that I have deleted. They were made with wordpress.org instances when I was building some demos and I don’t need them any longer, but i can still see all the names on Global Dashboard of wordpress.com.

  Any help would be appreciated.

  The domains I no longer need are:
  http://www.ahwhatup.com
  http://www.zacandmegan.com
