how do I delete blogs?

I want to delete two blogs. How do I do this?
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Provided you are logged in under the exact same username account that registered the blog you can delete any blog registered under that username by using these instructions. http://en.support.wordpress.com/delete-site/
Note that deleted blog URLs are not recycled.

You can make the blogs private and use them for testing themes, widgets, etc. or as backup blogs.
