  How do I delete comments…?
  I also asked earlier how to contact support by phone, but never got a response…

  You can delete comments in the comments tab of your Dashboard. You’ll see a delete link below each comment. We aren’t able to offer phone support but we are happy to help through these forums and through private email as well.
