How do I delete domain mapping?

  Hi there,

  I want to delete the mapping of my domain “lebenskunst.online”. How can I do that?

  thanks for your reply. I decided to use the self-hosted version of WordPress. Therefore, the domain should again be connected with my hostingprovider.

  Good morning –

  Ok great. That’s not a problem. I just wanted to make sure things were set up. You should be able to configure the DNS of the domain through your domain provider now as the mapping was removed already from your WordPress.com account.

  A refund has also been processed for your business upgrade which should reach you in about ten days.

  Hi lizkarkoski,

  thanks for your reply. I configured the DNS of the domain correctly in the control panel of my provider, but the URL is still connected to “wordpress.com”. I sent an email to the support of my provider – I hope they can help me in this case.

  Hi –

  This domain is not connected any longer to WordPress.com. It is not using our name servers and it does not load a WordPress.com site. Your new host will be able to help you if there’s still any trouble with you viewing the site.
