    Can you tell us more about what you meant by ‘spam my content?’ I ask because removing a follower doesn’t prevent them from viewing your site. As long as your site is public, anyone can view all of its public posts and pages.

    Following a blog using the follow button doesn’t give anyone any extra access. It just makes it convenient for them to follow the blog via the WordPress.com Reader (or via email).

    There are many other ways a visitor can follow a blog without notifying its owner. So we’d like to understand how this particular follower is spamming your content so that we can advise accordingly.
