-
Hello Everyone,

I had two blogs http://authorejponte.wordpress.com/ AND http://writerejponte.wordpress.com/author/writerejponte they are still showing up on major search engines online and its truly confusing my fans. Is there a step by step instructions on how to delete those websites for good? Here is my other concern, I currently have workofejponte.wordpress.com which I am truly content if I delete those blogs will it effect my active (current) blog aka delete it as well? Please can someone help me… Thank you in advance for all of your assistance. E. J Ponte Please contact via email @ (email visible only to moderators and staff) if you must.In addition I tried to go through Google Master Tools and being that I am not an administrator of wordpress.com I do not have access to delete those pages. It states that they were still active ( and removal was denied)

WordPress.com is powerless to help in this matter. This is how the Internet operates, I’m afraid. This is how the search engines operate, and WordPress has no control over it.
The search engine results lasts for a few weeks to even several months, depending on their internal algorithms.
If the results keep coming up and gets seriously annoying for you, the best way forward is to contact the search engines direct and ask them to remove your old blogs from the results. It’s a longshot, but worth a shot.

Since you have no admin access to those blogs of yours, that’s problematic. As long as those blogs remain active and public, the search engines will return results.
Since you have no admin access, I assume the blogs weren’t created or run by you, right? If that is the case, you have to get in touch with the person who originally created them for you, get admin access, and delete/deactivate those blogs.

Do you still have access to
//authorejponte.wordpress.com/ AND //writerejponte.wordpress.com
If so you have a couple of choices –
Clear the content of each site (don’t delete the site, just clear the content) – then put a Post that says you have moved to a new site with a link to the new site
Or buy the Site Redirect ( $ 13.- / year) for each blog to send all traffic to your new blog – one year should be long enough – after a year set the old blogs to Private in case you change your mind on the name
