How do I delete my account and username?

This account is not working for me and is restricting my email address from creating a new account. I’d like it to be deleted so that I can create a new one with the same username and everything

It is the person with the WordPress.COM username account who registered the blog under that username account and a single associated email address, and who is the original Admin of the blogs registered under that username account.
1. Make sure your email address is correct here please https://wordpress.com/me/account or update it.
2. Then for your verification email check in your email spam filter and under your “social” tab in your Gmail account please, if you use it. https://en.support.wordpress.com/email-notifications/gmail-issues/
