How do I delete my blog?

I’ve changed my mind and don’t want a blog after all. How do I delete what I’ve started??
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Provided you are logged in under the exact same username account that registered the blog you can delete any blog registered under that username by using these instructions. http://en.support.wordpress.com/delete-site/
Note that deleted blog URLs are not recycled.
