How do I delete my blog? I keep receiving a warning re: domain registration

I am trying to delete my blog. However, when I go to Tools>Delete I receive the following message:
Warning! You cannot delete a blog if the blog has a domain registration upgrade. You must have access to the blog in order to get to the domain manager.
If you do not want to use your blog any more please make it private. Other users won’t be able to visit the blog but you can still access the Dashboard so you can get to the domain manager.
Please advise. Thank you.

Do you still want to keep your domain (nm-po.com)?
If not, please note that canceling a domain after 2 days of purchase means you completely give up ownership of the domain. There is no guarantee the domain will become available to re-register after cancellation.
You are welcome to keep your domain with us and update the nameservers to point to another hosting provider by following this guide.
After 60 days from the date of purchase or registrant contact information change, you may also transfer your domain to another registrar.
If you would like to completely cancel your ownership of the domain name, please reply to this forum thread to confirm.
(Once we cancel your domain, you’ll be able to delete the blog.)
