How do I delete my blogs?

I have tried to delete my site and I’m not getting an e-mail to confirm. I’ve been working on this for almost four hours. :-(
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

What is the URL starting with http:// of the blog you want to delete please? Have you checked in your email client spam/junk mail filter for the email with the verification link in it?

A couple of years ago, I started a blog that was hosted by WordPress: http://www.floridaprisoner.wordpress.com. About two years ago, I went ahead and and bought the domain, http://www.FloridaPrisoner.com, and ever since I have had it hosted by a company. I eventually put a link in to the new site on the old WordPress site, and imported the content to publish on the new site.
I just discovered that my old site is being used by spammers who post comments regarding products, etc. I’d rather not have such associated with my domain name, but I am worried that if I delete the domain name with “wordpress” in the address, i t might delete my new domain site as well? Pleasse someone help! -

My blogs do not appear to be deleted. Is there a way to contact you by phone? When I log into my account, all three blogs are still there and active. -
