how do i delete my entire wordpress account and all associated blogs? Thanks!

I have created another website and wish to delete my entire account and blogs in my wordpress account
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

To permanently delete you blog(s) go to Tools->Delete Site and follow the prompts. For a more detailed step-by-step directions for deleting your site check out this support doc: http://en.support.wordpress.com/delete-site/
Keep in mind that once you delete your blog it is gone and the blog address can never be reused. If you want to keep your blog/information but take your site down you can always make the blog private.
WordPress.com accounts cannot be deleted however you can let your account go inactive. Here is the support doc: http://en.support.wordpress.com/deleting-accounts/
