How do I delete my self-host jetpack-linked blog?

  I have a self-hosted Blog that I want to delete permanently. It is Jetpack-linked. Please help. The blog’s url is: http://www.coolmammas.com. Thank you!

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Are you asking how to disconnect Jetpack linked sites from your wordpress.COM account? https://en.support.wordpress.com/disconnect-jetpack-sites/

  Thanks for responding. I actually want to delete my blog permanently since I don’t want to be a blogger anymore. How do I do that? Thanks!

  We cannot help with wordpress.ORG support issues.

  We provide support only for wordpress.COM hosted sites. Our support docs do not apply to
  (1) local installs of wordpress.ORG software on your own server or
  (2) wordpress.ORG software installs on paid hosting, and we do not provide support for them at wordpress.COM.

  Also, note that we do not provide Jetpack support https://jetpack.me/support/ for sites linked to wordpress.COM accounts with the Jetpack plugin so they display on the My Sites wordpress.com account page.

  WordPress.COM and WordPress.ORG are completely separate and have different username accounts, logins, features, run different versions of some themes with the same names, and have separate support documentation and separate support forums.   As you are referring to a site that is not hosted here, if you don’t have a username account at WordPress.ORG account, then click http://wordpress.org/support/ and register one on the top right-hand corner of the page that opens, https://wordpress.org/support/register.php so you can post to the support forums there.

  We cannot do this for you. You have to act.

  Accounts cannot be deleted so we cannot be impersonated by anyone registering and using the same username in the future. Also note that Automattic Inc. owns wordpress.COM and also many other products and services listed here https://automattic.com/ that require a wordpress.COM account. Therefore, account deactivation is provided and account deletion is not provided.

  Registering an account here required

  and
  (2) an email address.

  Any personal information you posted anywhere was posted voluntarily. Both the email address and personal information can be removed or replaced at any time.

Google and Bing only clear their caches of deleted indexed content that produces a 404 (page not found) every 3 – 6 months.
