How do I delete my suspended blog site and account (account is not suspended)

Hey the WordPress team please help me I want to delete my suspended site. I did many messages to the team to resolve my site but they did not take an action. So decided to delete to site and Account permanently. Tell me what do I. There is no option to delete my account or blog site.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

I see that you have submitted a similar thread here.
If your site is suspended, it doesn’t mean that you necessarily have to delete your WordPress.com account too. You can create a new WordPress.com site on the same WordPress.com account here.
Also, note that WordPress.com accounts cannot be deleted permanently once created.
Note that because WordPress.com doesn’t want other people to have your username in the future, it is not possible to delete a WordPress.com username.
But if you still wish to deactivate your account and leave WordPress, you can follow the instructions given here.

Hello, until the suspension is resolved, it will not be possible to register a new site.
As @strikebuys has mentioned also in your other thread, only the Terms of Service team handles site suspensions. If you have already contacted them, please wait for them to reply to you.
