How do I delete one of my blogs?

    Hi, I want to delete one of my blogs (PBC Library blog), not my whole WordPress account. How do I do that> The help topis say to go to tools and then delete a blog, but this is not working. Please help! (email visible only to moderators and staff) thanks

    Could you elaborate on what exactly you mean by “not working”.

    If you mean you cannot find the delete button, the most common reason for this is, you are not the owner of the blog. I think only blog owner can delete the blog. So it is good to confirm if you the owner of the said blog.

    We can check other things depending on your confirmation.

    Also keep in mind that if you delete the blog the content AND the address will be gone forever. You’ll never be able to create another blog with the same URL, so be very sure that this is what you want to do.

    A better option might be to simply set the blog to private. That way no one can see it, but it will always be there if you want to use it again later: http://en.support.wordpress.com/settings/privacy-settings/
