How do I delete one of my suscribers from my blog?

  Posting in the forum isn’t going to help, though. If you are legally required not to email this person, then you either need a legal document from WP.com stating you have no control over that (which they can provide) or you need to change hosting.

  Thanks Raincoaster, I’ve got that and am taking other steps with WP. Seems like a sledgehammer to crack a walnut issue though.

  Absolutely agreed. In your case, I’d be very surprised if they don’t comply. They don’t want to get sued either.
