How do I delete pages I don't need and get them NOT to appear on the menu bar?

I put a page I don’t need in trash and it still comes up on the menu bar, now as unidentified page 7. I don’t want it there at all. Also, I don’t want to include a bio page. Is it possible to remove it?

The link below will allow you to modify your menus. Just delete the menu item you want removed and save your changes.
