how do I delete permanently a blog

  under my domain http://www.travelikki.com I first tried a template from wordpress than decided to a nother one from wordpress. if you google my blog, you find both. the travelikki.com which is my actual blog, but also travelikki.wordpress.com which I don´t use and confused my readers. How can I delete the travelikki.wordpress.com blog permanently, so that it will not appear on google or search engins anymore.
