Hi there, Debbie! I do not see the Site Redirect upgrade on your account. Is it perhaps one of the domain mapping upgrades that you wish to change?
If you would like to use revivalmobilemassage.com on a site outside of WordPress.com, you can certainly transfer it.
The guide below explains how to transfer the domain name to another registrar, including how to access the authorization (EPP) code:
I notice you’ve also mapped revivalmassage.com.au/. As you do not have that domain registered here, you can simply cancel the mapping to “turn it off” to disconnect it from your WordPress.com site. To do this, click Store → My Upgrades in your Dashboard. Then, where you see the mapping upgrade for revivalmassage.com.au/, click cancel.
Please let me know if I can help you with this process. Thanks so much!

Hi Robyn! Thank you, that’s perfect – I was asking about revivalmassage.com.au (sorry should’ve mentioned that in original question!), so will go cancel it under My Upgrades. Thanks again :)

Thanks Robyn, another question already! How long will it take to refresh so that I can use the url? I’ve installed WordPress.org through Dreamhost, but when I try to access it, I get this error message:
revivalmassage.wordpress.com doesn’t exist
Do you want to register revivalmassage.wordpress.com?To me looks like the url is still trying to redirect.. but I’m guessing and really have no idea…clueless with this stuff, just trying to muddle through for the first time. TIA

Hello there! You canceled your domain mapping correctly. I’ve checked everything, and you should be good to go :)
I think you’re experiencing trouble because your WordPress.com site is actually named revivalmobilemassage.wordpress.com/, it’s not revivalmassage.wordpress.com/.
Let me know if this was the issue…or if there is something else going on. Thanks!

Thanks for your response Robyn. I think it’s something else… I’m having trouble accessing revivalmassage.com.au, which is the URL that I just cancelled the redirection to revivalmobilemassage.wordpress.com.
I have already installed WordPress.org via DreamHost on the revivalmassage.com.au URL, however when I go to http://www.revivalmassage.com.au/wp-admin/upgrade.php as instructed by Dreamhost, the browser is not able to find it, and I’m not sure what step to take next!
I purchased this domain a couple of years ago, and doesn’t expire until May 2015, so shouldn’t be a problem there.
Any suggests are greatly appreciated. Thanks, Deb

Hey Deb! Thanks for these extra details. They were very helpful.
I looked at the public information for your domain, revivalmassage.com.au/, and noticed that GoDaddy is your domain registrar.
http://who.is/whois/revivalmassage.com.auI also noticed on the same page, that your Domain Name Servers are not yet pointed to Bluehost. They currently display as:
ns37.domaincontrol.com
ns38.domaincontrol.comYou will find the correct Bluehost name servers here:
https://my.bluehost.com/cgi/help/1Then, you’ll log in at GoDaddy to make those adjustments.
Regarding your self-hosted site, I don’t have any access to your server or your account at Bluehost of GoDaddy. You’ve reached support for the free-hosted sites at WordPress.com. If you need assistance with your self-hosted version of WordPress, you’ll find that support at:
http://WordPress.org/supportI hope this helps set you on the right path. If I am able to help you with any other WordPress.com issues, please do get in touch and I’m happy to assist! Best of luck!
