  How do I delete someone who has followed my page.

  I am not quite sure what you mean by delete someone who is following your site.

  You can’t actually delete them, but you can make them unfollow you.

  1) Go to https://wordpress.com/people/followers/

  2) you should see the name of the person you want to remove

  3) click on the “remove” button on the right.

  This doesn’t guarantee that they won’t re-follow you, but it will help discourage the spammers and people selling crap. Best of luck.
