How do I delete the Customize on the Theme Page?

I need to delete the Customize on the Theme Page and I have been trying to figure out how to do it. I even changed the Theme and that didn’t work.

It can’t be disabled, as that’s how you’ll be doing most of your site customization. :)
However, your readers won’t be able to see it. It’s only there to help you. :)
