How do I delete the edit button from my posts?

  Whenever I post the edit button populates. It does not appear on my pages. I do not want people to edit my posts, just to leave comments.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Log out –

  only those with editing privileges will see the button – regular visitors do not see the button

  the button is a shortcut in case you want to edit a Post or Page – saves you the go to the dashboard and the long way around to the editor – especially useful for older posts
