    How do I delete the images of the stones from my pages?

    Or, alternatively, how can I re-position and resize the image and have my text wrap around it?

    I do not see any images of stones here http://btttt.net/ Is that the blog in question? If not then please provide the URL for the blog in question in the form of an active link starting with http://

    NOTE:
    1. You can delete any image embedded into a post or page by clicking the image and then clicking the “X” that appears.

    2. You can delete any images you uploaded onto WordPress.COM servers from your Media Library and deleting them there will remove them form posts or pages they are embedded into and leave behind a broken link —> 1.
    > Dashboard > Settings > Media > Library

    The alignment icons in the WordPress editor are for aligning text; they are not for aligning images. They are used to achieve wrapping text around images on either the right or left hand side, or to display an image that’s centered without text on either side of it.

    Align-left means position left, with the rest of the content wrapping around the right side of the image.

    Align-right means position right, with the rest of the content wrapping around the left side of the image.

    Align-center means position center, with no wrap-around (= the rest of the content below the image).

    If the text beside the images does not occupy the same amount of space that the image beside it does then the text wrapping will continue and the images and text that follow will have a staggered appearance.

    To prevent the staggered effect what you do is insert the following snippet of code into the Text (HTML) editor after each image/text pair:
    <div style="clear:both;"></div>

    This is the blog in question. Can’t understand why you can’t see the stones. I see them on my and my wife’s computer.

    I click on the image and get no “X to delete it.

    I’ve already deleted the images from my library but still the images are there.

    But I just thought of something: what if the image is not in a page or a post, but in the “background” or the “header”? I say this because the images appear BELOW my menu bar and ABOVE the text of my pages?

    Hi there,

    I believe you’re looking to delete the header image on your blog. The header image that was uploaded to your blog was then removed from your Media Library, which left an “image not found” question mark icon. I provided instructions to remove it here:
