How do I delete the vote bar on top?

  I have two blogs on WordPress; one is free (the one I am trying to figure out) and the other is paid. I am trying to figure out how to get rid of the annoying “vote bar” on top. I have some “enemies” that will vote 1 on everything I post no matter what. I can just post “moo” and I will get a 1 star on that. Thus I want to remove their chance of doing that.

  Is there a way to remove it??? I have tried everything and am not able to figure out how.

  Of course.
  Go to Settings → Ratings & uncheck.
