How do i delete the wordpress/harmonic line from footer

Hi, i’m setting up a blog with a custom url and noticed that the beautiful theme by Harmonic has a line in the footer that say
“Create a free website or blog at WordPress.com. The Harmonic Theme”
What steps do i take to remove it?
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Deleting this line in the footer, although technically possible, is not allowed because deleting attribution violates the WordPress.com Terms of Service.
Please check the point number 11 of the WordPress.com Terms of Service, which says that:
Footer credits and the WordPress.com toolbar may not be altered or removed regardless of upgrades purchased.

As chaitanyamsv mentioned, all WordPress.com users, including VIP sites, must retain the footer credit. You may tweak the size and colour as long as it remains legible, but you may not remove it.

Question 2: is there an alternative to adding google adsense or is that the best there is to work with wpblogs?
