How do i delete these pokemon icons or make them not visible on my blog?

    Hi guys, I have 2 question:

    1. Im creating a blog and noticed that there are these mini icons that appear that look like the pokemon ball (on another computer they look like wordpress icons). Not sure how they got there, though I know it has to do with the new pages added. They look terribly when all i wanted were menu titles. How do I delete that?

    2. Is there a feature that I could add to my current blog where one visiting can see an archive, tag search, recent/popular post on the side bar? or is that specific to a theme?

    The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

    1. This is a problem with your menu selection in Dashboard > Appearance > Menus > Manage Locations tab > Primary Menu

    Somehow your Primary Menu and Social Links menu seems to be mixed up.

    2. You can add Archives, Tag Cloud, and Top Posts & Pages widgets to your sidebar, just like how you currently have Twitter, Longreads and few other widgets.

    To fix the problem with icons showing instead of text in the main menu, go to Appearance > Menus, select “Top Navigation Menus” at the top, click the “Select” button, and look at the bottom of the page. You should see an option that says “Social Links Menu” and that should be unchecked. If it’s checked, uncheck it and click the “Save Menu” button.

    Thanks designsimply & chaitanyamsv. You were both correct, in the menu settings I had Primary and Social checked viewing them as one instead of separate actions.

    Now checking out the cloud tags, archives.

    Thanks again, I was able to add both widgets (cloud tag, archive).

    Is there a way to sync the categories widget with the corresponding page?

    1. ex. the most recent post is a video of the pioneer cdj400
    2. i have yet to add the long text to it because i noticed that when i click on the technology tag it shows it properly. but at the top, the technology page/menu button is blank.

    I thought it would be sent there but it didnt. So do i have to replicate the page and put it directly in the Technology page/menu? And if so, does that mean that once put directly in the specific page (ex. art or tech) it no longer shows on the home page… but will show in recent post.

    @gibrilkuyateh, WordPress.com does have a Mixcloud Audio Player which you can read more about here.

    We cannot install plugins here at WordPress.com, though. Plugins are for self-hosted WordPress.org installations.
