How do I delete unwanted text from my header that I didn't add?

  Deleting words from header. When I use the custom header, some kind of wording about 4 out of 5 dentists recommend this (website) comes up. I didn’t add this and it wasn’t in the original header. This is a new blog for me that I set up today rather than a previous blog.
