How do I design email updates to followers?

    My blog is branded for our company, however, each time an updated blog posts goes out they receive a generic wordpress email template. I’d like to be able to customize this RSS-driven email so it matches with our blog theme (color scheme, logo, etc.). Plus, we have our blog address listed as healthyconversations.org in addition to healtheyconversation.wordpress.com to make it easier for users to find. How can I customize the email update to reflect the proper address?
