how do I determine the time of day a page was viewed

  I want to do this for a specific day about a week ago

  I’m sorry but the time of day a post was viewed is not offered as one of the stats tracked for individual posts or pages.

  However, the stats insights page does have an aggregate count of the most popular hour your content is viewed on average. You should be able to see that stat near the top right of this page:
