How do I direct my old URL to my new site?

  I hired someone to transfer my wordpress.com blog content to my new WordPress.org site. How do I get my existing url to point to that new site? NourishingGenius.com

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  If you would like to point nourishinggenius.com to your new self-hosted site, you’ll want to change the name servers on your domain. Think of name servers like directions for your domain that tell it where to look for information.
