How do I direct my readers to the blog when I have a static page

  I am trying to create another blog and I want a static page with a welcome message but I don’t know how to create a way for my readers to navigate to the actual blog where the posts change.
  The blog address I created is http://myscribbledsecretnotebooks.wordpress.com/
  I am logged in with my blog morning star studio because I can’t seem to log in with the new blog.
  Can you help me with these two issues?

  If you create your own menu via Appearance -> Menus, you’ll be able to include a link to your blog as a menu item.
