How do I directly ask WordPress.com support about plans, pricing and included features?

  Hello,

  Thanks for making contact. I am currently with GoDaddy and have products coming up for renewal. I am finding it to be rather expensive and am wondering what something similar would cost using WordPress.com.

  At Godaddy I have the following services/items:

  – Managed WordPress
  – email
  – Standard SSL
  – Website Security and backups

  I have a WordPress template that I purchased from Nexus Themes which I currently use at http://www.fullfrequency.ca Would I be able to use this theme on your servers?

  I am a total noob when it comes to WordPress and that is why I purchased the template which has a convenient user interface for manipulating my website.

  Hi Robert,

  – Managed WordPress

  WordPress.com is a managed WordPress host, so even our free sites are on managed hosting. By “managed hosting” I mean we maintain the core WordPress files. We also maintain all server settings, and an important difference between us and what you have at GoDaddy is that we don’t offer any FTP access, so you won’t be able to access any of your site’s files directly, and we don’t allow any options to manually configure your server settings.

  – email

  We do not provide email hosting. But you can connect existing email hosting to any domain hosted with us, and we are a reseller for Google’s G Suite email bundle.

  Add Email to Your Domain

  – Standard SSL
  – Website Security and backups

  All WordPress.com sites are automatically issued with free SSL, and security and backups are enabled by default for all sites, even free ones.

  Keep Your Site Safe and Secure

  I have a WordPress template that I purchased from Nexus Themes which I currently use at http://www.fullfrequency.ca Would I be able to use this theme on your servers?

  You should be able to use that theme with us, but note that third-party themes, and plugin, can only be used on our Business and eCommerce plans:
